Lindy Art Studio, a visual arts school located in West Pennant Hills and Castle Hill of the Sydney Hills District. Our engaging term art classes, holiday workshops for kids (4-18 years), and Art Party offer a rewarding art experience in a nurturing, creative environment. Our programs focus on developing children's technical skills across various mediums, fostering confidence, and adapting programs term-to-term for continued interest and challenge, catering to different ages, abilities, and interests. Our Classes

Enrol two or more children from the same family in any term art classes, you will receive a 10% discount on fees for the second child.

No prior art experience required. Suitable for new and continuing students.Each term your tutor brings new and exciting projects.

Events & Workshops

Ages 3-6 After school and Saturday class (60mins)

Learning is fun at the Lindy art studio for children 3-5 years old. your child will use all of your senses during this 60-minute, hands-on experience that combines a story chosen for its theme, a short tour, and an art activity.

Ages 7-12 After school and Saturday class (90mins)

This is a fun class that supports individuality and the enquiring mind of our young children. In this class kids will enjoy learning a whole range of artmaking skills including: drawing, painting, collage, printmaking or sculpture. Students will have fun and experiment with different mediums including with charcoal, pencil, oil pastels, watercolours, acrylics and more.

Ages 12-17 After school and Saturday class (90mins)

Through a series of fun exercises children will develop and stretch their art making skills in a range of activities including: painting, drawing, printmaking and sculpture. Children will develop their skills in the fundamentals of line, shape, form, tone, colour, composition and more.

Ages above 17 (90mins)

This course is for older students who want to learn much more about artmaking, art history, and refine and extend their skills. Students will learn foundation skills in drawing and painting and experiment with more advanced concepts and materials such as oil paints. In this course students are encouraged to challenge themselves and work on projects over a number of weeks and build a strong portfolio of artwork. A great course for kids with an interest in the visual arts who are in High School.
